Undertaking of legal fees to be collected at this stage along with valuation (if applicable). - The Legalities On receipt of fees, our solicitors work efficiently to speed up the process. This can be finalised within days provided they have all the information required.
- Drawdown We know that speed is of the essence so we are keen to get the deal funded in the quickest possible timeframe.
