Each application will be viewed on an individual basis. There will be a common-sense approach to assessing an application.
The interest rates vary, depending on the property type, the Loan-to-value (LTV) and the rental income from the property.
We will fund to Limited Companies and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and existing Trading Companies.
We can fund up to 75% of the purchase price or value of the property (based on a red book valuation).
The minimum loan amount we can fund is €150,000.
